• Individual storage areas located in the basement.
Bike Storage
• Bike storage is available in the rear yard.
Pets
• Well-behaved pets are welcome per guidelines in condo docs.
• Owners and their pets are subject to reasonable rules to encourage a pet-friendly, clean, and safe environment for people and pets (see condo docs).
Recycling / Trash / Garbage
• There will be trash pick up.
Air Quality
• Continuous bathroom exhaust fan.
• Heat pumps with heating / cooling included in each unit
Bathrooms
• Tile floors in bathrooms.
Ceiling Heights
• Between 9 ft and 10 ft.
Rentals
• Units can be rented for a minimum term of 90 days and only four parties per calendar year.
Smoking
• The units, common areas and grounds are non-smoking.
Common Areas
• Upstairs units and front downstairs units share access to front porch. Back downstairs units have private stoop. Backyard is shared space for all units.
Noise Attenuation
• TimberHP insulation used to dampen sound.
• Sound dampening occurs between floors, between bathrooms and other rooms, and between units.
Repairable and Durable
• Hardwood flooring, solid counters, wood clapboard siding, and other high quality finishes are used to ensure longevity of the units and their finishes.
Appliances
• Blomberg induction range and refrigerator. Washer / Dryer hookups.
Do I Have to Meet Income Guidelines to Purchase a Unit?
• Yes, because Maine State Housing Authority is providing the funding for these condos under their Affordable Homeownership Program, the buyer will need to meet certain income guidelines to qualify to purchase a unit. More information here.
